Hotel Shivani International - McLeod Ganj

During Christmas, my family and I stayed at a hotel in a quiet location, which offered hot water throughout our stay. The staff was polite and smiling, and the rooms were pleasant and clean. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its proximity to key tourist spots, making it easier for us to explore. , there were massage rooms and a sauna, which we enjoyed using.

We found that the hotel was not transparent about its pricing. We later discovered that it was possible to rent rooms online for a cheaper price than what was offered at the reception, but the staff and the hotel owner refused to make any adjustments.

This hotel is perfect for a family vacation. It is located close to Bhagsunag Temple, Bhagsu waterfall and the market. You can enjoy nature walks and have a scenic view from the balcony. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the hotel service is excellent, and staff are cooperative. the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options available.

One of the staff members was not very professional.

The hotel is located in a bustling tourist area with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. the room was well-appointed and the hot water supply was always available. the hotel staff was very helpful with arranging local transportation and providing recommendations for things to do in the area. the rooftop restaurant offers a nice view of the surrounding area and serves tasty food.

The room was a bit small and lacked a lift, so it could be a struggle for some guests to navigate the stairs. the service at the rooftop restaurant was occasionally slow and disorganized.

The hotel is very near to the Bhagsu Nag market, making it convenient to explore the area. Additionally, its close proximity to the Bhagsu waterfall allows you to easily connect with nature and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The rooms offer amazing views and come with basic amenities such as toiletries.

All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory.
